How do I arrange a trip?
Tell us what you would like to do, your travel dates and how many people are travelling. We will discuss the details with you and confirm your arrangements personally. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Where are you based?
We are based in Arusha, Tanzania. Our transfers and experiences are primarily arranged from or to Arusha, including Kilimanjaro Airport, Arusha Airport and Moshi.
Can you arrange a safari?
Yes. Contact us to discuss a safari package and the experience you have in mind. The route, vehicle arrangements and price will be discussed with you before confirmation.
Which languages do you speak?
Our drivers speak English and German, so you can ask questions and feel at home throughout your visit.
Are the transfer prices for a return journey?
The listed route prices are each way. Tell us if you need a return journey so the arrangements and full quote can be confirmed.
Can I arrange a walking tour or a local experience?
Yes. We offer walks around central Arusha and can organise coffee plantation visits and local cooking experiences. Let us know what interests you when you enquire.
Do you have vehicles for different trips?
JJ Travel currently operates one vehicle. Other vehicles can be hired externally when needed for a booking. Tell us your group size and plans so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.
How much is an Arusha walking tour?
The client-supplied rate starts from 30,000 TZS / $15.00 USD per adult per hour. Ask us to confirm the duration, meeting point and total price for your group.
